What is a vaporizer? A vaporizer is a device, in various forms, that transfers heat through conductive heating. Conductive heating is just heat being transferred from one area to another. This causes your dry herb, concentrates, or e-liquids to create vapor. They do not create smoke like the traditional methods but it produces vapor. If the temperature is too high depending on the substance it will create smoke in a process of combustion rather than vaporizing it. In some cases, you use a honeycomb screen filter for this.There are many different vaporizers out these days, its gets hard to choose. For the higher end vaporizers there are the desktop vaporizers such as: Volcano, Silver Surfer, Arizer V-Tower, and etc.

One Year Warranty

King Pen Vapes is an authorized resellers for all items and products listed in our
shop. All items come with either the warranty structure the manufacturer provides (For example, the Magic Flight Launch Box has a lifetime warranty policy so that can be warrantied for life) or the one (1) year warranty that is provided directly through King Pen Vapes.
Our 1 year warranty is on all electronic or Dead On Arrival components . This is easy to do when you can have confidence in your products and stand behind them. King Pen Vapes always uses trial and error before putting something in front of people’s eyes. We make sure anything we put out for the public to purchase, we run it through some tests. So first off, we buy a few from the manufacturer and then give them out to co-workers, partners, affiliates, and friends. With their experimental trial, we find out who to use and what vaporizers to stay away from. We are always expanding our line-up of inventory to keep a larger stock at all times to serve a bigger audience.
With over thousands of vaporizers sold, we have become accustomed to quality. King Pen Vapes represents quality. This is why we have a One-Year warranty on all vaporizers that have electrical problems. Please note, we cannot take back or warranty any used coils, atomizers, tanks, glass or accessories. Anything that comes to us used will be forced to be thrown away with all warranty rights eliminated.

How the return process works

In order to complete the return process, first get your order number and email you used to purchase ready. Then email us at info@kingpenvapes.com with your order number and email. Tell us what your problem is and what happened. We will send you the address to send the non-working unit back and send another unit to you.
We will ship out your replacement same business day we confirm your unit is back in our hands.

Wholesale or Drop Shipping Orders

Free warranty does not apply on wholesale or drop shipping orders.
For replacements on a drop ship or wholesale order will be done at a discounted price.

My Review:

 I was very honored to get the chance to try this product out. This company wrote me a direct email and asked me personally if I would like to do a review for them so i said yes of course I wouldn't mind.  When the product arrived in the mail, it was awesome. I didn't know it at the time that it was or could also be used as an e cigarette. I wouldn't recommend smoking your herb in it though because it doesn't  last long at all.  The other part works great though I haven't had any problems with it so far. Over all I would recommend it to be used as an e cigarette.
