What are the benefits of ICE therapy?
Ice therapy (a.k.a. cryotherapy) is one of the most common recommendations by doctors for injury prevention & recovery. Applying ice immediately after an injury or physical trauma (the sooner the better) constricts blood flow & slows bleeding/swelling. Ice therapy reduces pain & muscle spasm. Also, applying ice to the injured area decreases the metabolic rate of cells, which limits the risk of cell death after an injury and helps prevent long-term damage.

RECOMMENDED ICE TIPS: You want to ice during the first 24 hours following an injury, when there is evidence of swelling and/or bleeding. Even if you don’t have an “injury,” it’s recommended to apply ice after any physical activity to lessen the effects of wear & tear on the body.

What are the benefits of HEAT therapy?

I recently was allowed to review one of Thera Pearl's products in the past and really enjoyed it so i was really honored to be offered the opportunity to review another one of their products again.

This time the product i decided to pick for my review was the ankle/wrist wrap. It made my ankle feel so much better than the regular heating pads or anything you get at your normal supermarkets like Wal-Mart etc. Its designed by real doctors that deal with pain. I like it because its so much easier to use. you just pop it in the microwave or freezer and it doesn't have no cords what so ever.

I personally think everyone can benefit from these products because we all have some kind of pain and or aches in our lives. I've never had any bad things to say about these products at all. These products are truly and really are wonderful and amazing products to have around the house especially if you play sports and stuff like that.

Ozeri recently Sent me a Digital Bathroom Scale. When it arrived at my house i couldn't wait to see how much i would like it and how nice it would be.

It was so nice to get on it and see it light up blue. and it also has the original scale on it too so it also shows you how it looks on that kind too.

Omg!! Yes!!! My shirt has arrived. I couldn't wait to put it on and show it off. I've always loved pretty shirts or anything new for that matter, by me being a plus size woman its hard for me to shop and find tops and or bottoms that fit me right and how they are supposed to. My shirt that they sent me really looks great on me!!!!! I love how pattern of the shirt is plaid like the pioneer women used to wear.

My jerky has arrived!! I couldn't wait to try it. I've

always have loved jerky since I was a little girl so this was really cool that I had the opportunity to try a new brand of jerky.

 

 

When I tried the Sweet Beef I thought it was very delicious and chewy and a great taste to it. I also let 3 other people try it as well, one of them said they liked it and it wasn't bad, but she doesn't like jerky either. My boyfriend said it was perfect and had an amazing smell to it.  The last person that tried it said it was a little tough but he did like the spice to it.

 

Now when we tried the Sweet Turkey

no one really cared for it as much as they did the Beef Sweet.  3 of us said it was very tough and spicy but flavorful. My boyfriend liked it though he said it was chewy and spicy.

 

Overall, I would have to say the Beef Sweet is all of our favorite flavor of jerky now.

Jimmy's Sticky Jerky - The History!

My love for Beef Jerky started at birth.  My mother must have eaten it daily while she was pregnant and gotten me hooked.  I can't remember a time when Beef Jerky wasn't my favorite snack, and I still can't get enough.  I have tried every piece of beef jerky I have come across and have only found a few that I wouldn't eat again.  I'm talking out of hundreds or even thousands of them, there are only a few I didn't care for (the seaweed jerky really stands out as one of them, Blech!!). While in the Army, most young men were getting letters from their girlfriends and wives, and there were always "care packages" being sent to us.  Cookies, snacks, all kinds of things.  Everyone always gathered round me at Mail Call though, because they knew my folks had sent me more beef jerky!  I made a lot of friends with my care packages from home.
For years, I have been perfecting what I believe Beef Jerky should be.  Moist, succulent, savory and tender.
For the first year and a half of our business, every piece of beef was personally selected by me (Jimmy) and trimmed by hand with the knife that I own (all paid for) and cut in a specific way to ensure tenderness in each bite.  Using only the freshest ingredients, chopped by me with my trusty knife, our special marinade and fresh flavors penetrate deep into the beef for several days.  Of course, I can only do so much, so now I have help!   I want everyone to taste what beef jerky can really be at its' full potential.
There are thousands of types of jerky, and any number of those you can find in your local market.  With all these choices, our Jerky stands out.  Think of it as a little bag of steak; tender, and full of flavor.  In our opinion, nothing out there comes close to our Sticky Jerky in flavor, texture or addiction level.  We personally guarantee that every batch of Jimmy's Sticky Jerky we make has been taste-tested by us, and tasted and tested, and tasted and tested.  Once you open the bag, you can't put it down, and that old thing called "sharing" pretty much goes out the window.
Our beef jerky is made locally here in the South Bay of southern California.  We work with recycled materials in our packaging as much as possible and are always looking for ways to reduce our Carbon Footprint to do our part to help the environment.
